Looking for a CTO for a Quant VC

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• You will develop a platform from scratch that will use AI-driven decision algorithms to evaluate startup pitches and assess founder skillsets. This includes
  • selection of techstack and programming language
  • development, validation and iteration of algorithmic decisions
  • integration with external services, e.g. test providers
  • design and execution of future platform expansions, e.g. into a community and database
• You will help manage the day-to-day operations of a new VC fund with ambitious growth plans. This includes
  • ability to switch between high level strategic thinking to low level task execution
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment with fast decision making processes
  • willingness to take ownership over parts of the operation

Your Profile:

• You have 10+ years working experience as a software engineer.
• You have worked in a VC firm or you have experience as a founder.
• You ideally have experience in financial markets.
• You ideally have experience in building customized statistical/machine-learning models, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• You have the know-how to derive and develop machine learning methods and roll them out.
• Additionally, you have extraordinarily good communication as well as team-working skills.
