Looking for an apprenticeship in venture capital in foundation?

AAA is a VC Fund in foundation that plans to make investments in start-up companies (pre-seed and seed) based on data-driven algorithmic decisions that quantify a founder’s abilities to start, operate, grow and exit a business. Using proprietary algorithms, AAA is able to identify the most capable founders globally applying unbiased scientific principles.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• You will support us in our theoretical research for our algorithm
  • selection and evaluation of literature
  • validation and iteration of algorithmic decisions
  • integration with external services, e.g. test providers
• You will help us manage the day-to-day operations of a new VC fund with ambitious growth plans. This includes
  • ability to work in a dynamic environment with fast decision-making processes
  • willingness to take ownership over parts of the operation

Your Profile:

• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or similar studies
• You ideally have worked in a VC firm or you have experience as a founder.
• You ideally have experience in financial markets.
• Additionally, you have extraordinarily good communication as well as team-working skills.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
